Haven't tried the Cuban at the Times, but I love the Cuban pork sandwiches at Oakwood Cafe. They are excellent.

The Club Sandwich at The Remedy is fantastic – and HUGE! Raleigh Times' Grilled Cheddar, Tomato & Avacado is also a winner, as is their Shrimp Burger. (Cilantro Tartar sauce – YUM!)

I love the ABC too, but the Rockford's crabcake sandwich is really good too. I also love the baked chicken breast sandwich at Boondini's at Celebration at Six Forks…has really good cucumber dressing and awesome bread.

Third Place's “Plethora” has always been a favorite….though with their shortened hours these days, I get it rarely. But it's still high on my list.

The ABC is their best, but I would definitely encourage you to try other sandwiches at the Rockford – that place is my favorite place in town to get a sandwich, mainly because of the delicious diversity.
