i remain skeptical of anything with crosland’s name on it. if their other recent properties are any indication, they seem out to make a fast buck by throwing up buildings as quickly as possible without a lot of consideration for aesthetics, community enhancement, or traffic flow. unlike many of the other builders putting up condos downtown, this one makes me sad.

Looks like there are efficiency units in the top right of the floorplan, which I assume would be the ones priced at $155k and possibly smaller than 720 sq ft. Which makes me wonder if then the 1 BRs are really going to go for more like $200+ similar to other Glenwood area condos.

Fences have gone up around the existing buildings recently (last week, maybe). Looks like the construction process is about to begin. I’m looking forward to the seeing the results.

This is one of the best priced condos but it’s still way too much when you can buy a great house in Historic Haywood/Downtown East for much less.
What are the condo fees for again? So someone will change a light bulb once a year?
