Downtown Raleigh: The Pinehurst of Beer Golf

Beer_mug_2
Pinehurst may boast 43 golf courses, but downtown Raleigh has its own retort. Currently sporting 65 bars in its downtown (with 8 more coming soon), Raleigh stands as one of the South’s best places for Beer Golf. Using the downtown layout featured at the Downtown Alliance’s godowntownraleigh.com site, we organized a walking tour of all of downtown’s bars. raleighing.com wishes you the best of luck and takes no reponsibility for the manner in which you use this valuable information.

    Nice list!!!
I would consider myself the Arnold Palmer of Raleigh Golf.
It is a shame I am retired!!!!!! Looks like fun!

  2. RaleighRob

Wow…interesting you should include Flex, Capital Corral and Legends in this list.
Hah! I have a feeling most people doing a “beer golf” run, without knowing much about these bars, are going to be in for a big surprise when they go in! LOL! :-)

As a pro bar golfer myself, I applaud this list. My roommate and I have annual bar golf events for our birthday in June and it keeps getting better every year. We usually don’t even have to repeat from the year before. Thanks for the list guys!

    What’s par?

brilliant, and perfect timing! I am throwing a bachelor next month. Up until now it was a “lets just get drunk” type of thing… but now we have a mission.
    I thank you kind sir.

Does anyone know how to reach the owners of the Mint at One Exchange. I know they are not yet open but I would like to talk to them.
