"Raleigh is as hot as it gets, thanks to a healthy job market, a billion-dollar downtown rehab, top universities, and plentiful, inexpensive housing". Raleigh is in good company with the other cities named: Athens, Atlanta, Austin, Denver, Minneapolis, and Nashville.
